I'm an idiot-forgot password trying to buy renewal. clicked on "forgot password" and response says it's sending a link to my email but no email comes. Tried emailing support - no response. I'm trying to spend money please help.

Yes, it's been too long since I've actually rendered files to disc but can't get ANY file format to work. AM crashes after reaching a certain frame - boom. Sometimes 50 sometimes 150 seems totally random. Have tried every file format that's offered in the drop down and every render style (wire, shaded etc.) Always used to have good results with Targa files and even AVI files but now nothing works. Have tried making a simpler sample PRJ file but cannot replicate the problem. Not hoping for any answers tonight and project is 3gig plus buttload of images so I guess I'll try Live Answer time this Sat. Thanks in advance.

Getting ready to renew and noticed the version in the store is v19.0 - my current version is v19.5e. That wont be a problem will it? (I'm going to renew for 2 machines)

Yes that was it (I am truly an idiot) and thanks but I have a question regarding a new mystery (oh boy) Any idea what causes these streaks? They show up in the Chor. as well. DecalTest.prj

Both grids have same decals applied at 100% yet the surface with the darker materials is affecting the opacity of the decals. Shouldn't the decals be 100% bright (normal)?? Was hoping to apply decals and tweak the percentage to mix with the surface materials but there's no control over it. What am i doing wrong?v v19.5e on Windows 11 DecalTest.prj

Just FYI - when importing one model into another ALL of the Smartskin keyframes for ALL joints also disappeared and had to re-do all of them.

Wow a new mystery. With the hopes of using one "base" body for 2 characters I made the base body and imported it into a model with only the head/neck and when I did most of the Actions disappeared. I made these Actions for moving/flattenning various parts for decalling. It was definitely after importing one model into another that these actions went away. Shouldn't they remain embedded in the PRJ file?
