    Hi Jason

    I have written numerous emails to Support and the store trying to activate a permanent license I bought

    on January 2.  The purchase order is #10378. I did receive a message from you in April to refund the $17

    for the shipping, but I can't activate V 19 in either W7 or W11 from the pending key in

    my serial number list in my account. Help would be appreciated.
