KenH Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 Hi Guys. My employer has asked me to look around for an animator and since I use AM, I thought I'd try here. He's also interested in getting people living in a different time zone to Ireland as then we can have people working "over night". However, all interest is welcome. The animations are then brought into Flash and converted to swf. So the animation isn't restricted to AM either. I've attached a recent example. It's a young company and we do mainly educational animations that illustrate client products or educate a student in for example maths. The company has a patented interface system and is attracting many companies. All we need now is more people to create the content. Here's the current, soon to be updated, website: http://www.vis-itltd.com/isolearn/isoindex.html This would be hourly paid work whereby the applicant keeps track of their hours. We would send a trial project first to applicants to gauge speed and quality of work. Successful applicants must have a solid portfolio and be competent in animation/modelling/texturing and a good understanding of Flash would be good too. You can send CVs and a link to your portfolio to kenhes at gmail dot com. Thanks. Example.zip Quote
KenH Posted May 1, 2009 Author Posted May 1, 2009 Not necessarily mechanical. For example, at the moment there are people illustrating how to do algebra. I'm assuming you're referring to characters though. It's not on the cards right now but there's potential in the future. If you want, you can register your interest to do such work and if we need more people I can see if you're available then. Quote
