Problems trying to buy renewal

I'm an idiot-forgot password trying to buy renewal. clicked on "forgot password" and response says it's sending a link to my email but no email comes. Tried emailing support - no response. I'm trying to spend money please help.

It's possible there is something wrong with the store or that the email address the store has is not one you use.

The store has a new email "store@animationmaster.com" it goes to spam folder a lot as it's new I see the email was sent and I changed your password.
